1. Is your company a factory or a trader?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have our own factory. In fact, We have specialized in lighting field since 2011. After 9 years of development, now, we have rich connections in the home and abroad for this field. At present, we have roughly 100 workers in our factory. 40 for production, 20 for assembling, 10 for packaging ad the rest ones for quality control, material purchasing, and some internal work. Many brand buyers have had good cooperation with us, such as Amazon,\u00a0eBay, Wish, AliExpress<\/p>\n

2. Where is your factory and how can I get there?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Welcome to visit our factory. We are in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Provice, China. After you arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, please refer to the following route to our factory. Guangzhou(take a subway)\u2192 Guangzhou South Railway Station(take a fast train)\u2192Guzhen Station. We will pick you up at Guzhen Station. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>How does your factory deal with quality issues?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quality is a priority. we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the Raw material quality control — production product quality control — packaging safety\uff0cFinally safe delivery to the customer<\/p>\n

4. About Packing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Normal packing: The overall foam+kraft paper carton; outside will add plywood to fix.<\/p>\n

If your quantity is big, the packing could do depend on your requirements.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery time:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Samples delivery date: Around 10~15days.<\/p>\n

Mass production delivery date: 20~40 days after payment confirmed.<\/p>\n

Some products are in stock<\/p>\n

6. What’s you MOQ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Different\u00a0products\u00a0may\u00a0have\u00a0different\u00a0MOQ,\u00a0please\u00a0contact\u00a0us\u00a0for\u00a0help.MOQ\u00a0\u00a0for\u00a0sample\u00a0is\u00a01pc.<\/p>\n

7. Certifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Electrical standard: CE, UL, SAA, RoHS, APPROVAL FOR ELRCTRICAL PARTS (Our certificatios just for the parts of light. It is available to make the certifications but it our responsible for the charges cause by\u00a0 certifications. Please ask for quotation of making certification if you want to do that.)<\/p>\n

8. Could I customize hotel lighting that I like?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: We have our own design team, and could custom hotel lighting with different size, shape, color, or a new model. We have 10 years experience for residence and\u00a0hotel lighting projects<\/strong>, and is willing to provide you a complete and professional proposal.<\/p>\n

    10. Payment Term\/Method <\/strong><\/p>\n

    If the order total amount less than $4000, should be 100% payment down before mass production.<\/p>\n

    If the order toal amount over than $3000, we can accpet 30% deposit, the balance 70% pay before shipment.<\/p>\n
